1. 서비스와 문의
페이지웍스는 성인을 위한 doodle 신체 길이 기록·비교 서비스를 운영합니다. 의료 진단을 제공하지 않습니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·처리 정지·삭제 문의는 위 이메일로 접수합니다. 다른 사람의 기록을 보호하기 위해 계정 소유 확인이 필요합니다.
2. 처리하는 정보와 목적
- 기록·비교: 길이, 측정 방법, 해당되는 지원 기종의 카탈로그 ID, 화면 한도 초과 여부, 기록 시각, 대표 기록·공개 선택을 처리합니다. 기종 ID는 개별 휴대폰 일련번호가 아닙니다.
- 계정: 사용자 ID, 닉네임, 선택 국가·연령대, 공개 설정, 성인 확인·동의 시각을 처리합니다. 국가는 사용자가 선택합니다.
- 로그인: 게스트 세션을 발급하며, 선택적으로 연결한 Google 계정의 제공자 식별자를 저장합니다. 인증 토큰을 검증하지만 Google 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다. 현재 서비스 DB에는 Google 이메일을 저장하지 않습니다. 앱 세션은 기기에, 그 해시는 서버에 저장합니다.
- 보안: IP 해시, 요청 횟수·시간 구간, 인증 요청과 오류 등 운영 정보를 처리합니다. 가명·해시 정보도 완전한 익명으로 취급하지 않습니다.
- 수상·삭제: 연간 WR 이력, 시즌 집계·메달, 삭제 키 해시와 계정 연결, 5분짜리 본인 확인 요청·삭제 확인권을 처리합니다.
카메라·GPS·사진·영상 업로드는 사용하지 않습니다. 공유 카드는 기기에서 만들며 사용자가 선택한 대상으로 전송합니다. 현재 앱의 분석 이벤트 함수는 외부 분석 전송에 연결되어 있지 않습니다.
3. 공개 랭킹
참여를 선택하면 닉네임·국가·대표 길이·측정 방법·순위·상위 비율이 다른 참여자에게 표시됩니다. 응답에는 랭킹 항목 식별자·가입 시각도 포함됩니다. 전체 측정 이력은 본인 계정에서 확인합니다. MY에서 참여를 해제할 수 있지만 타인이 저장한 화면이나 공유 이미지는 회수할 수 없습니다. 순위는 앱 참여자 사이의 비교이며 전 세계 인구 통계가 아닙니다.
4. 처리 업체와 결제
Cloudflare Workers·D1을 서버와 저장소로, Google 서비스를 선택적 인증에 사용합니다. Google Play가 구매 결제를 처리하며 현재 앱 API는 카드·은행 계좌 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에 결제 카드나 은행 정보를 입력하지 마세요. Google Play 및 Google 계정의 독립적인 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 보관과 삭제
계정과 일반 측정 이력은 계정 삭제 전까지 보관합니다. MY → 설정 → 계정 삭제가 성공하면 서비스 DB의 프로필·측정·로그인 연결·세션·계정 인증 요청·개인 WR 이력·시즌 기록과 메달을 삭제하고 랭킹에서 제외합니다. 로그아웃이나 앱 제거만으로는 삭제되지 않습니다.
현재 시즌 집계 기록은 종료 정산 후 제거하며 개인 수상 이력은 계정 삭제 전까지 보관합니다. 다른 사용자의 확정 메달과 계정에 연결되지 않은 연도별 WR 기준값은 남습니다. 일반 측정 이력은 시즌 종료만으로 삭제되지 않습니다.
만료 세션·인증 요청·삭제 확인권·보안 요청 제한 기록은 일일 정리 대상입니다. 만료 즉시 제거되는 것은 아니며 작업 실패 시 지연될 수 있습니다. 자동 요청 로그·Logpush 전송은 꺼져 있지만 애플리케이션 로그 표본 저장은 켜져 있습니다. Cloudflare의 표준 Workers 로그 보관은 Free 3일·Paid 7일, D1 Time Travel 복구 기간은 Free 7일·Paid 30일입니다. 이용 요금제에 따라 이 범위에서 자동 만료하며 모든 복구 사본의 즉시 삭제를 보장하지 않습니다. 운영자는 D1 외에 DB를 내려받거나 별도 자동 백업하지 않습니다.
일반 지원 메일은 대응 완료 후 90일 보관합니다. 삭제 문의는 첫 답변 3영업일, 본인 확인 후 처리 7일을 목표로 합니다. Google 계정과 Play 구매 내역은 doodle 삭제 대상이 아닙니다.
6. 앱 밖에서 삭제 요청
Google 또는 보관한 삭제 키로 본인 확인 후 마지막 삭제 확인을 선택할 수 있습니다. Google은 기존 doodle 계정에 연결한 계정이어야 합니다. 삭제 키를 지원하는 앱 버전에서는 MY 설정에서 키를 발급할 수 있습니다. 키 확인은 미리 보관한 키가 있어야 가능합니다. 이전 앱 버전은 연결한 Google 계정이나 이메일 지원을 이용하세요.
이메일 지원과 삭제 범위도 확인할 수 있습니다. 세션·연결 계정·키를 모두 잃었다면 소유 확인이 어려울 수 있습니다. 비밀번호·인증 코드·앱 토큰·신체 사진·측정값을 이메일로 보내지 마세요.
7. 처리 위탁·국외 처리
서비스 제공을 위해 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국, privacyquestions@cloudflare.com)에 서버 처리·DB 보관을 위탁합니다. 계정·기록·동의·수상·인증·보안 정보는 저장·조회·인증 요청 시 HTTPS로 전송됩니다. D1은 아시아태평양 리전에 있고 Workers는 글로벌 네트워크에서 처리합니다. 한국 내 보관 또는 특정 한 국가에만 머무르는 것을 보장하지 않습니다. 실제 처리국은 요청 라우팅·지원 업무 등에 따라 달라질 수 있으며 네트워크 위치와 하위 처리 업체·국가 목록을 확인할 수 있습니다. 보관은 위 제5항을 따릅니다.
선택적 Google 인증과 Gmail 고객지원은 Google LLC(미국 및 글로벌 처리 시설, 개인정보 문의)를 이용합니다. 로그인 시 계정 식별자·인증 정보, 문의 시 이메일·문의 내용이 전송·처리됩니다. 개인정보 처리 또는 해외 보관을 원하지 않으면 계정 생성·저장·Google 연결을 진행하지 않거나 이메일로 처리 정지·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 필수 서버 처리를 거부하면 계정·온라인 기록 기능을 제공하기 어렵습니다.
8. 동의·권리·보호 조치
신체 길이는 민감한 정보로 취급하며 일반 개인정보와 구분해 동의를 받습니다. 동의 버전과 서버의 동의 시각을 계정에 연결해 저장하고 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제합니다. 미동의 상태에서는 새 기록을 저장하지 않습니다. 공개 랭킹은 별도 선택이며, 동의 철회·계정 삭제 방법은 제5·6항과 같습니다.
전송 암호화, 계정별 접근 제한, 해시 기반 세션·삭제 키, 요청 제한을 사용합니다. 전자 기록은 삭제 쿼리와 공급자 만료 정책으로 파기합니다. 지원 과정에서 제공한 주문·환불·분쟁 자료를 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 경우 일반 신체 기록과 구분하고 해당 사유·기간을 안내합니다. 방침 변경은 이 페이지의 시행일과 앱 안내로 알립니다. 개인정보 침해 상담은 개인정보침해 신고센터(118), 분쟁조정은 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)를 이용할 수 있습니다.
9. 공개 참여 규칙·신고·차단
안전한 공개 참여를 위해 신고자·대상 계정 ID, 신고 당시 공개 닉네임, 사유, 접수 시각, 처리 상태와 차단 관계를 Cloudflare에서 처리합니다. 신고 테이블에는 측정값·이메일·인증 토큰·자유 입력을 저장하지 않습니다. 규칙 버전과 계정별 동의 시각도 기록합니다.
신고 정보는 처리 여부와 관계없이 접수일부터 90일 후 일일 삭제 대상이며 작업 실패 시 지연될 수 있습니다. 관련 계정 삭제 시에는 그 전에 삭제합니다. 차단 관계는 해제 또는 관련 계정 삭제까지, 규칙 동의 이력은 계정 삭제까지 보관합니다. 복구 사본은 제5항의 공급자 만료 정책을 따릅니다.

10. Apple 로그인과 연결 해제
Apple 로그인을 선택하면 Apple 계정 식별자와 인증 토큰·일회용 인증 코드를 Apple 및 Cloudflare 서버에서 처리합니다. 비밀번호는 받지 않으며 이름·이메일을 요청하거나 서비스 DB에 저장하지 않습니다. 연결 해제에 필요한 갱신 토큰은 별도 서버 비밀키로 암호화해 Cloudflare D1에 저장하며 앱이나 로그에 남기지 않습니다.
계정 삭제 시 Apple 연결 해제를 요청합니다. 실패하면 측정·프로필 삭제는 진행하고, 계정 ID·측정값 없이 암호화된 토큰과 재시도 정보만 일시 보관합니다. 성공 시 즉시 삭제하며, 실패가 지속되면 요청일부터 7일 후 일일 정리 대상이 됩니다. 정리 장애 시 지연될 수 있고 복구 사본은 제5항을 따릅니다. 저장된 토큰이 없거나 해제가 완료되지 않으면 Apple 계정에서 doodle 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. Apple 계정 자체나 App Store 구매 내역은 삭제하지 않습니다.

1. Service and contact
Pageworks operates doodle, an adult body-length recording and comparison service, not a medical diagnostic service. Contact the email above for access, correction, restriction or deletion requests. Ownership verification protects other users' records.
2. Information and purposes
- Records and comparison: length, method, applicable supported-model catalogue ID, screen overflow, time, representative record and public participation. A model ID is not an individual phone serial number.
- Account: user ID, nickname, selected country and optional age range, visibility settings and adult/consent timestamps. You choose your country.
- Login: guest sessions and, if linked, Google's provider identifier. We verify authentication tokens but do not receive your Google password. The service database does not currently store Google email addresses. The app stores its session locally and the server stores its hash.
- Security: hashed IP addresses, request counts/windows, authentication requests and operational information such as errors. Pseudonymous or hashed data is not treated as fully anonymous.
- Awards and deletion: annual WR history, season entries/medals, deletion-key hashes with account links, and five-minute verification challenges/deletion tickets.
No camera, GPS or photo/video uploads are used. Share cards are created on your device and sent to your chosen destination. The current app analytics function is not connected to external analytics transmission.
3. Public rankings
Opting in displays your nickname, country, representative length, method, rank and top percentage to other participants. Responses also include a ranking entry ID and joining time. Full measurement history is available to your own account. You can leave rankings in MY, but we cannot recall screenshots or images saved by others. Rankings compare app participants, not the world's population.
4. Providers and purchases
We use Cloudflare Workers/D1 for processing and storage, and Google for optional authentication. Google Play processes purchases; the current app API does not collect card or bank-account details. Do not enter payment-card or bank details in doodle. Independent processing by Google Play and Google Accounts is described in Google’s privacy policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Accounts and ordinary measurement history are retained until account deletion. Successful MY → Settings → Delete account removes the profile, measurements, login links, sessions, account-linked challenges, personal WR history, season entries and medals from the service database and excludes the account from rankings. Logging out or uninstalling does not do this.
Current-season aggregation entries are removed after settlement. Personal awards remain until account deletion. Other users' finalized medals and yearly WR benchmarks not linked to an account remain. Season settlement does not delete ordinary measurement history.
Expired sessions, challenges, deletion tickets and rate-limit records are scheduled for daily cleanup, not immediate removal; failures may delay cleanup. Automatic invocation logs and Logpush are disabled, but sampled application logs are stored. Cloudflare’s standard retention is 3 days (Free) or 7 days (Paid) for Workers Logs, and 7 days (Free) or 30 days (Paid) for D1 Time Travel recovery. Automatic expiry follows the applicable plan within these windows; we do not promise immediate erasure of every recovery copy. The operator does not download the database or maintain separate automated database backups.
General support emails are retained for 90 days after resolution. We aim to first reply within three business days and process deletion requests within seven days of verification. Deleting doodle does not delete your Google account or Play purchases.
6. Request deletion outside the app
Verify with Google or a saved deletion key, then explicitly confirm deletion. Use the Google account linked to doodle. App versions supporting deletion keys let you issue one in MY settings. Key verification requires a previously saved key. On older versions, use a linked Google account or email support.
Email support and deletion details are also available. If you lose the session, linked account access and key, ownership may be impossible to establish. Do not email passwords, verification codes, app tokens, body images or measurements.
7. Providers and international processing
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States; privacyquestions@cloudflare.com) processes and stores account, record, consent, award, authentication and security data on our behalf. Data is sent over HTTPS when you save, retrieve or authenticate. D1 uses the Asia-Pacific region and Workers operates on a global network. We do not guarantee storage only in Korea or in any single country. Processing countries may vary with routing and support; see the network locations and sub-processors and countries. Retention follows section 5.
Optional Google authentication and Gmail support use Google LLC (United States and global facilities; privacy contact). Login involves account identifiers and authentication information; support involves your email and message. You may decline account creation, saving or Google linking, or request restriction/deletion by email if you object to processing or overseas storage. Essential server processing is required for online account and record features.
8. Consent, rights and safeguards
We treat body length as sensitive information and request consent separately from general personal information. Consent version and server timestamp are linked to your account and deleted with it. No new records are saved without consent. Public rankings are a separate choice. Sections 5–6 explain withdrawal and deletion.
Safeguards include encrypted transport, account access controls, hashed sessions/deletion keys and rate limits. Electronic records are removed through database deletion and provider expiry. If law requires retention of order, refund or dispute material supplied during support, we separate it from ordinary body records and explain the basis and period. Policy changes appear with an updated effective date and app notice. Korean privacy complaints: 118; Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee: 1833-6972.
9. Public participation, reports and blocks
For community safety, Cloudflare processes reporter and target account IDs, the public nickname at reporting, reason, submission time, review status and blocking relationships. Report tables do not store measurements, emails, authentication tokens or free text. We also record the rules version and account acceptance timestamp.
Reports become eligible for daily deletion 90 days after submission, whether reviewed or not; failures may delay cleanup. Deleting either related account removes them sooner. Blocks last until unblocked or either account is deleted; rules acceptance history lasts until account deletion. Recovery copies follow provider expiry in section 5.
Jimin Choi / pageworks16@gmail.com reviews reports once daily. Reports alone do not trigger automatic penalties. Agreement to the public participation rules is separate from body-data consent and is not required to save private records.
10. Apple sign-in and revocation
If you choose Apple sign-in, Apple and Cloudflare process your provider identifier, authentication token and one-time authorization code. We do not receive your password or request/store your name or email in the service database. A refresh token needed for revocation is encrypted with a separate server secret in Cloudflare D1; it is not stored in the app or logs.
Account deletion requests Apple authorization revocation. If it fails, profile and measurement deletion still proceeds. Only the encrypted token and retry metadata, without account IDs or measurements, are temporarily retained. They are deleted upon success or become eligible for daily cleanup seven days after the request. Cleanup outages may delay removal; recovery copies follow section 5. If no token is available or revocation has not completed, you can stop using doodle in your Apple account. Your Apple account and App Store purchase history are not deleted.
Apple authentication and App Store purchases may be processed in Apple’s global facilities. See Apple’s privacy policy and contact information. Apple linking is optional; declining disables that sign-in method.

2. 処理する情報と目的

カメラ・GPS・写真や動画のアップロードは使用しません。シェアカードは端末内で作成し、選んだ送信先へ送ります。現在の分析イベント関数は外部の分析送信に接続されていません。
3. 公開ランキング
参加を選ぶとニックネーム、国、代表記録の長さ、方法、順位、上位割合が他の参加者に表示されます。応答にはランキング項目IDと登録日時も含まれます。測定履歴全体は本人のアカウントで確認できます。MYで参加を解除できますが、他人が保存した画面・画像は回収できません。順位はアプリ参加者の比較であり世界人口の統計ではありません。
4. 処理事業者と購入
処理・保存にCloudflare Workers/D1、任意の認証にGoogleを使用します。購入はGoogle Playが処理し、現在のアプリAPIはカード・銀行口座情報を収集しません。doodleにカード・銀行情報を入力しないでください。Google PlayとGoogleアカウントによる独立した処理はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. 保管と削除
アカウントと通常の測定履歴はアカウント削除まで保管します。MY → 設定 → アカウント削除が成功すると、サービスDBのプロフィール、測定記録、ログイン連携、セッション、アカウント認証要求、個人WR履歴、シーズン記録・メダルを削除し、ランキングから除外します。ログアウトやアンインストールだけでは削除されません。
現在のシーズン集計記録は終了処理後に削除し、個人の受賞履歴はアカウント削除まで保管します。他人の確定メダルとアカウントに紐づかない年別WR基準値は残ります。シーズン終了だけでは通常の測定履歴を削除しません。
期限切れのセッション、認証要求、削除確認券、リクエスト制限記録は毎日の定期削除対象です。即時削除ではなく、失敗時は遅延する場合があります。自動呼び出しログとLogpushは無効ですが、アプリケーションログのサンプル保存は有効です。Cloudflareの標準Workersログ保存はFreeで3日、Paidで7日、D1 Time Travelの復元期間はFreeで7日、Paidで30日です。利用プランに応じてこの期間内で自動失効しますが、復元用コピーの即時消去は保証しません。運営者はD1以外にDBをダウンロードしたり別途自動バックアップしたりしていません。
一般の問い合わせメールは対応完了後90日保管します。初回返信3営業日、所有者確認後7日以内の削除対応を目標とします。GoogleアカウントとPlay購入履歴は削除対象ではありません。
6. アプリ外で削除を依頼
Googleまたは保管した削除キーで本人確認し、最後に削除を確定します。doodleに連携したGoogleアカウントを使ってください。対応版ではMY設定から削除キーを発行できます。キー確認には事前に保管したキーが必要です。旧版では連携済みGoogleアカウントまたはメール窓口をご利用ください。
メール窓口と削除範囲もご確認ください。セッション、連携先へのアクセス、キーをすべて失うと所有者確認ができない場合があります。パスワード、認証コード、アプリトークン、身体画像、測定値をメールで送らないでください。
7. 委託・国外での処理
Cloudflare, Inc.（米国、privacyquestions@cloudflare.com）にサーバー処理とDB保存を委託します。保存・取得・認証時にアカウント、記録、同意、受賞、認証・セキュリティ情報をHTTPSで送信します。D1はアジア太平洋リージョン、Workersはグローバルネットワークを利用し、韓国内または特定の一国のみの保管は保証しません。処理国は経路やサポート業務により異なる場合があります。ネットワーク拠点と再委託先・国の一覧をご確認ください。保管は第5項に従います。
任意のGoogle認証とGmail窓口にはGoogle LLC（米国および世界の施設、個人情報窓口）を利用します。認証時にアカウント識別子・認証情報、問い合わせ時にメール・本文が処理されます。処理や国外保管を望まない場合は登録・保存・Google連携を行わず、またはメールで利用停止・削除をご依頼ください。必須のサーバー処理を拒否するとオンラインのアカウント・記録機能を提供できません。
8. 同意・権利・保護措置
身体の長さを機微な情報として扱い、一般個人情報とは別に同意を求めます。同意バージョンとサーバー日時をアカウントに紐づけ、アカウント削除時に削除します。未同意では新しい記録を保存しません。公開ランキングは別途選択し、撤回・削除方法は第5・6項のとおりです。
通信暗号化、アカウント別アクセス制御、セッション・削除キーのハッシュ化、リクエスト制限を使用します。電子記録はDB削除と提供者の期限処理で破棄します。窓口に提供された注文・返金・紛争資料の法定保管が必要な場合、通常の身体記録と区別し根拠・期間を案内します。変更は施行日とアプリ内案内で通知します。韓国の個人情報相談：118、個人情報紛争調停委員会：1833-6972。
9. 公開参加ルール・報告・ブロック
安全な公開参加のため、報告者と対象のアカウントID、報告時の公開ニックネーム、理由、受付日時、処理状況、ブロック関係をCloudflareで処理します。報告テーブルに測定値、メール、認証トークン、自由入力は保存しません。ルールのバージョンとアカウント別同意日時も記録します。
報告は確認済みかどうかにかかわらず受付から90日後、毎日の削除対象となります。失敗時は遅延する場合があります。関連アカウント削除時はそれ以前に削除します。ブロックは解除または関連アカウント削除まで、ルール同意履歴はアカウント削除まで保管します。復元用コピーは第5項の提供者の失効方針に従います。
チェ・ジミン / pageworks16@gmail.comが毎日1回報告を確認します。報告のみで自動処分しません。公開参加ルールと身体情報の取扱いへの同意は別です。非公開記録の保存には公開参加ルールの同意を求めません。
10. Appleログインと連携解除
Appleログインを選ぶと、AppleとCloudflareがアカウント識別子、認証トークン、一度限りの認証コードを処理します。パスワードは受け取らず、氏名・メールを要求したりサービスDBに保存したりしません。連携解除用の更新トークンは別のサーバー秘密鍵で暗号化してCloudflare D1に保存し、アプリやログには保存しません。
アカウント削除時にApple連携の解除を要求します。失敗してもプロフィール・測定値は削除し、アカウントID・測定値を含まない暗号化トークンと再試行情報のみ一時保管します。成功時に削除し、失敗が続く場合は要求から7日後に毎日の削除対象となります。障害時は遅延する場合があり、復元用コピーは第5項に従います。トークンがない場合や解除が完了しない場合はAppleアカウントでdoodleの利用を停止できます。Appleアカウント自体やApp Storeの購入履歴は削除しません。
Apple認証・App Storeの購入はAppleの世界各地の施設で処理される場合があります。Appleのプライバシーポリシー・問い合わせ案内をご確認ください。連携は任意であり、拒否するとそのログイン方法を利用できません。
